What Can You Do After You Finish Assassin’s Creed Shadows? Answered

Once you've rolled credits on Assassin’s Creed Shadows, the game's expansive open world remains open for exploration. You'll have access to all the side content that you could engage with before finishing the main quest. This means you can continue to explore and fully experience the rich tapestry of Feudal Japan at your leisure.
Additionally, post-launch, the Animus will introduce new weekly challenges for Assassin’s Creed Shadows, ensuring that even after achieving 100% completion, there's always something new to tackle.
Assassin’s Creed Shadows Epilogue and Endgame Explained
Even after the credits roll, your journey in Assassin’s Creed Shadows might not be over. In my playthrough, the credits appeared after completing the Shinbakufu Objective Board and the main quests for Yasuke and Naoe. However, to unlock the epilogue and the true ending, you must complete the personal stories of Naoe, Yasuke, and Junjiro. After that, return to the Hideout and speak with Tomiko. This will unlock the complete ending and the associated achievements.
Towards the end of Assassin’s Creed Shadows, you'll also unlock exclusive gear themed around the Assassins for Naoe and the Templars for Yasuke. These armor sets come with perks that enhance each protagonist’s unique play style, and their designs are a nod to long-time fans of the Assassin’s Creed series.
As for endgame content, you can continue to progress and level up to the game’s maximum level cap even after the credits roll.
What’s Next For Assassin’s Creed Shadows?

While the main story of Assassin’s Creed Shadows concludes at launch, the game will continue to evolve with new content added through the Animus. Expect updates to the in-game store with new items, and look forward to a story expansion in 2025. The Claws of Awaji DLC will transport players to the Island of Awaji and offer over 10 hours of new content.
