Krafton's mobile adaptation of Ironmace's popular dungeon crawler is making its first appearance in Canada. However, a global launch is on the horizon for the first half of the year!
For the uninitiated, Dark and Darker blends extraction shooter and dungeon crawler elements. Players, solo or in parties, assume the roles of diverse characters (fighters, rogues, etc.) and navigate a vast dungeon, battling monsters and rival players for valuable loot.
Ironmace's PC version was a significant success, prompting Krafton to secure the mobile adaptation rights. With the global launch imminent, improvements are underway.
Enhanced Gameplay
Planned enhancements include revisions to the Darkswarm system and dungeon escape mechanics, along with structural overhauls to optimize party play. Class distinctions will be sharpened through refined basic attacks and combat mechanics. A broader arsenal of weapons and skills is also expected.
