DC's All In publishing initiative offers a unique opportunity for top creators to redefine some of the most iconic heroes without the burden of pre-existing continuity. Led by industry veterans Scott Snyder and Joshua Williamson, the initiative includes the Absolute Universe, a direct continuation of the 2024 Absolute Power arc. This ambitious project introduces a new status quo for beloved heroes like Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman, promising to challenge and exceed fans' expectations.
Since its launch in October, the Absolute Universe has been expanding through multiple ongoing titles, which can make following the narrative a bit challenging. To help fans navigate this expansive universe, we've compiled a detailed chronology and reading order for DC's Absolute Universe in 2025.
Note: It's important not to confuse the Absolute Universe titles with DC's "Absolute" line of collected editions, such as the new Absolute Batman: Zero Year. These are distinct and separate projects.
