DELTARUNE Chapters 3 and 4 released earlier this month. Upon completing the game, players see end credits indicating that Chapter 5 is planned for 2026. Initially launched in 2018 as a spiritual successor to the beloved indie RPG Undertale, developer Toby Fox aims to deliver the remaining chapters more quickly than the previous pair.
Chapter 2 came out in September 2021, and Fox spent over three years developing the next episodes. The in-game menu suggests a total of seven chapters, meaning three more are still to come.
