Funcom revealed on their official website on April 25 that they're hosting a dedicated weekend for a global beta test of Dune: Awakening. Alongside this announcement, they unveiled a captivating new trailer that showcases some of the game's cinematic scenes and story elements.
The beta test is set to welcome a substantial number of new players and, unlike previous closed betas, will not be under an NDA. This means players are free to share their experiences and even stream their gameplay online. According to the official post, "With access to the first 20 hours of the game and most of Act 1 of the story, you will get a taste of both spice and story."
