How to Extract in R.E.P.O.
In your initial foray into *R.E.P.O.*, you'll encounter just one Extraction Point. However, as you advance to new locations, the number of these points increases, reaching a maximum of four. You can monitor your progress by checking the red number in the right-hand corner of your screen, which indicates both the total number of drop-offs required and those already completed.
At the start of each level, the first Extraction Point is conveniently located near your R.E.P.O. truck. This starting point remains constant, ensuring you know exactly where to deliver your first haul of valuables. Subsequent points, however, can be more challenging to locate.
After your initial drop-off, continue navigating the level as usual. The Taxman's demands and the locations of subsequent Extraction Points will remain a mystery until you reach the designated area. Here, your in-game map becomes an invaluable tool. By pressing "Tab" on your keyboard, you can view unexplored areas, aiding in route planning and, if playing with others, allowing your team to cover more ground simultaneously.
Upon reaching the vicinity of the next Extraction Point, its location will become evident, either visually or audibly. Once you've found it, press the large red button to learn your fate and whether you've collected enough valuables. If you meet the requirement, place your C.A.R.T within the grey area to ensure all items are safely processed—any items left outside this zone risk being destroyed.
After completing an extraction, you'll either move on to the next point by repeating the process or attempt to return to your truck in one piece. It's important to note that after the final Extraction Point's valuables are counted, you don't need to bring the C.A.R.T back to the truck—a new one will always be available at the next location or level.
