"Eye of the Dragon: New Monster Maze DLC Added to Fighting Fantasy Classics"

Tin Man Games has just enriched the Fighting Fantasy Classics collection with the addition of Eye of the Dragon, now available on a variety of digital platforms such as Android, iOS, and both PC and Mac via Steam. If you're a fan of classic dungeon crawls, this game is a delightful nod to the past.

This Is Its Official Digital Debut!

This marks the first time Eye of the Dragon has been accessible since its last print in 2010. Authored by Ian Livingstone, who co-created the entire Fighting Fantasy series, this title was initially launched in 2005 as part of the Wizard Books revival. Its origins trace back to a mini-adventure featured in Dicing with Dragons. With this digital release, Eye of the Dragon proudly takes its place as the 19th entry in the Fighting Fantasy Classics library.

In Eye of the Dragon, you're plunged into an ancient, monster-filled labyrinth beneath Darkwood Forest, tasked with the ultimate goal of uncovering the Golden Dragon—the most coveted treasure in Allansia. Your adventure begins in a tavern in Fang, where a mysterious stranger presents you with a life-altering opportunity. The catch? You must drink a dubious potion that could prove fatal.

The dungeon is brimming with peril and riches, from deadly traps and magical artefacts to scattered jewels and ferocious creatures. You might even encounter an imprisoned dwarf, who could turn out to be more than just a simple non-player character.

Eye of the Dragon in Fighting Fantasy Classics Isn’t Just a Static Copy of the Book

Tin Man Games has enhanced the digital version with numerous player-friendly features. You can adjust the difficulty to suit your skill level and opt for a Free Read mode if you prefer to explore without combat. An auto-mapping feature ensures you won't lose your way in the maze, while unlimited bookmarks and an integrated adventure sheet help manage your stats and inventory effortlessly.

Eye of the Dragon now stands alongside other beloved titles in the series, including The Warlock of Firetop Mountain, Deathtrap Dungeon, Assassins of Allansia, The Port of Peril, and more such as Bloodbones, Forest of Doom, House of Hell, and Trial of Champions.
