The downloadable content for Final Fantasy VII Remake is the EPISODE INTERmission, which follows the side story of Yuffie Kisaragi, one of the key characters from the original Final Fantasy VII. In this episode, players assume the role of the ninja from Wutai as she sneaks into Midgar and teams up with Avalanche to steal the ultimate Materia from the Shinra Corporation.
