Yes, Fuecoco has the potential to be Shiny in Pokemon GO. During the Community Day, the odds of encountering a Shiny Fuecoco are significantly increased to 1 in 25, compared to the usual 1 in 512. While there's no guarantee of finding a Shiny with every encounter, the enhanced odds during the event mean that with persistence, Trainers are likely to encounter one within the three-hour window.

Fuecoco evolves into Crocalor with 25 Candies and then into Skeledirge with 100 Candies. Both evolutions are already in the game, but the Community Day offers a unique chance to obtain a Skeledirge with an exclusive move.
Skeledirge Featured Attack
Evolving Fuecoco into Crocalor, and subsequently into Skeledirge, between the start of the Community Day on March 8 and a week later, will grant Skeledirge the Charged Attack, Blast Burn, which isn't normally part of its moveset.
Torch Song Update
Additionally, Skeledirge can learn Torch Song during and after the Community Day, a Charged Attack that increases its Attack stat by one stage while dealing damage in Pokemon GO battles.

During the Fuecoco Community Day, and until 10:00 PM on March 8, Trainers can enjoy several bonuses:
- 300% more Stardust from catches
- Double Candy from catches
- Double chance for Trainers Level 31+ to receive XL Candy from catches
- Lure Modules activated during the event last three hours instead of 30 minutes
- Incenses activated during the event last three hours instead of 60 minutes
