Get ready, Hearthstone fans! Battlegrounds Season 10, dubbed "Second Nature," is set to launch on April 29th, 2025, bringing a whirlwind of exciting changes and fresh content to the game. With the conclusion of Season 9 and the commencement of Season 10 on the same day, your ratings will reset, and the Battlegrounds Track will undergo a complete refresh. Any unclaimed rewards from Season 9? No worries—they'll be automatically collected for you.
To build anticipation, Blizzard is rolling out the reveals over several days. On April 18th, get ready for the unveiling of Dragons, Demons, and Mechs. Then, on April 21st, Undead and Pirates will take the stage, followed by Naga and Quilboar on April 22nd. The grand finale on April 23rd will showcase Murlocs and Beasts.
Starting with Season 10, Anomalies will be completely removed from the Tavern, making way for a smoother gameplay experience. Additionally, turn lengths will be extended, giving you more time to strategize and make your moves.
Trinkets are making a triumphant return, but with a twist. These passive power-ups, which you can purchase with Gold, will now appear twice during a game—once on turn 6 as Lesser Trinkets and again on turn 9 as Greater Trinkets. Season 10 also enhances your chances of acquiring Trinkets that complement your current minion type. Blizzard is introducing over 100 new Trinkets alongside more than 100 returning ones, ensuring a diverse and dynamic gameplay experience.
Introducing Two New Heroes
Meet the new heroes of Hearthstone Battlegrounds Season 10: Forest Lord Cenarius and Buttons. Cenarius embodies the classic Druid spirit, focusing on ramping up Gold and setting the stage for powerful late-game strategies. Buttons, on the other hand, brings a unique flair to the battlefield.
The minion pool is also getting a massive overhaul, with over 75 new and returning minions and Tavern spells being added. And don't forget, the Battlegrounds Track is getting a reset, so make sure to download the game from the Google Play Store before the season kicks off.
