Lighting Up The Big Apple
Infinity Nikki is gearing up to transform Times Square into a spectacle of lights and excitement. InFold Games shared on Infinity Nikki's official English Twitter (X) on April 15 that beloved characters Nikki and Momo will illuminate the iconic billboards. The event unfolds over three phases:
- Phase 1: April 16–19
- Phase 2: April 25–27
- Phase 3: April 29
This dazzling display is part of the buildup to the game's eagerly awaited 1.5 update, which promises new banners, events, story quests, and the much-anticipated Steam launch. Fans can also look forward to engaging in both online and in-person contests, with chances to win exclusive Infinity Nikki-themed merchandise and prizes.
Easter Egg Hunt
Adding to the excitement, Infinity Nikki is hosting a special Easter Egg hunt in Times Square. Participants are invited to snap photos of the cleverly hidden Easter Eggs on the billboards and share them on Twitter (X) using the hashtag #InfinityNikkiTimesSquare. Ten lucky winners will be awarded an Infinity Nikki Cozy Blanket. The event features different themes on different dates:
- April 16–19: Momo's Cloak: Infinity Shining
- April 25–27 & 29: Whimstar
For those unable to visit Times Square, an online version of the event is available. Simply follow Infinity Nikki's official Twitter (X) account and retweet the event post to enter the draw for one of ten Infinity Nikki Cozy Blankets.
200,000 Wishlists on Steam
Infinity Nikki is set to make its Steam debut on April 29, and the game has already achieved a significant milestone with over 200,000 wishlists. Announced via a Twitter (X) post on April 11, this achievement marks the final goal of their wishlist campaign. Players who have wishlisted the game will receive various in-game rewards to enhance their fashion-forward journey:
- 10,000 Wishlists: Live Wallpaper
- 50,000 Wishlists: Concept Art
- 100,000 Wishlists: 2 Resonite Crystals
- 200,000 Wishlists: (Rewards yet to be announced)
However, there was some controversy surrounding the rewards for the 100,000 wishlist milestone. Initially, promotional art promised 11 Resonite Crystals, which was later revised to just 2, causing disappointment among fans due to the importance of Resonite Crystals for in-game outfit pulls.
In response to the feedback, Infinity Nikki has announced additional rewards for the Steam release. Alongside the wishlist rewards, players will receive 10 Resonite Crystals, 10 Revelation Crystals, and 3 Energy Crystals.
