KEMCO has been busy, and just days after launching Metro Quester – Hack & Slash on Android, they've opened pre-registration for Alphadia III, the latest addition to the beloved Alphadia series. This title is a remake of the 2009 original, now revamped using Unity and tailored for mobile gaming. After its successful release in Japan in October 2024, it's now set to captivate global audiences.
It’s a Retro RPG
Alphadia III dives deep into a fantasy narrative, adorned with nostalgic pixel art and classic turn-based combat. The storyline introduces a philosophical twist, unfolding before the events of Alphadia I. The game's setting is a world ravaged by the Energi War, a period marked by a fierce struggle over life energy, or Energi, resulting in widespread conflict.
Get a glimpse of the action with the new pre-registration trailer released by KEMCO for Alphadia III.
In the game, you step into the shoes of Alphonse, an energi clone initially following orders. A tragic event, relayed by a girl named Tart, informs him of a companion's death, prompting him to question his existence and the purpose of the ongoing conflicts. Alphonse's introspective journey forms the emotional backbone of the story, exploring themes of humanity, identity, and the futility of war.
The game's backdrop features the last three surviving nations: the Schwarzschild Empire, Nordstrom Kingdom, and the Luminere Alliance, all locked in the final stages of the Energi War.
Pre-Registration Is Open for Alphadia III
You can now pre-register for both the premium and freemium versions of Alphadia III on the Google Play Store. The official launch is scheduled for May 8th, 2025. The game is designed to be controller-friendly, and the premium version offers 150 bonus Comet Stones.
Alphadia III introduces new gameplay mechanics such as Arrays, the Energi Crock system, and SP Skills. Players can transform their ship into a seaplane, engage in missions and arena battles, and even trade Energi Elements.
