Two Is Better Than One
You and a partner take on the roles of Ally and Old Dog, two detectives who find themselves imprisoned in a harrowing psychological experiment orchestrated by the Cryptic Killer—a name that will be familiar to fans of the developer's previous games.
Each player views a completely different side of the game, and neither holds the full picture. Your progress hinges entirely on the clues your partner gives you, just as theirs relies on yours. At times you may be solving a complex cipher or soldering electronic components; other times, you're simply trying to rouse a drunk character.
With more than 80 puzzles in total, the game presents intricate locks, cryptic symbols, and scattered documents. Amid the core mystery, you'll also come across rounds of darts or match-3 puzzles.
Parallel Experiment is the first title in the Eleven Puzzles series to expand beyond a single setting. Using an interactive map, you can explore different districts of Kraków and track your progress across multiple areas. As you advance, you'll uncover new environments, hidden secrets, and a host of peculiar locals.
