Unlocking the Pose of the Unbound Emote in FFXIV Patch 7.16
Patch 7.16 of Final Fantasy XIV brings exciting new quests and stylish cosmetics. Here's how to obtain the coveted Pose of the Unbound emote.
To acquire this emote, you must complete the quest "Imposing Views." Find the Unbound Agent NPC in Ul'dah – Steps of Thal (coordinates X:12.5, Y:11.5) to begin.
However, "Imposing Views" is locked until you finish "Picking Up the Torch." This prerequisite requires completing all five role quests. That means reaching level 100 with a Tank, Healer, Ranged DPS, Melee DPS, and Magical Ranged DPS job, then completing their respective role quests in Tulliyollal. Only then will "Imposing Views" become available.
"Imposing Views" itself is a straightforward quest. Simply visit the Sagolii Desert, interact with Apyaahi several times, overcome a few foes, and you'll receive the Pose of the Unbound emote as your reward.
To use your new emote, type "/unbound" or "/poseoftheunbound" into the chat box and press Enter. Prepare for a fun, Jojo-inspired pose!
