This isn't a sequel, nor is it a minor patch. Ubisoft hints that Siege X will be akin to the transformation Counter-Strike: Global Offensive underwent with the release of Counter-Strike 2 – a substantial upgrade that feels like a new game while preserving player progress and data.
A dedicated three-hour presentation on March 13th in Atlanta, featuring a live audience, will reveal further details. To commemorate a decade of Rainbow Six Siege, Ubisoft has also launched a commemorative pack offering legendary skins from the game's earliest seasons, all in one convenient bundle.
