Nearly ten years after its initial introduction without an Evolution form, this legendary fiery creature receives a powerful enhancement. The Evolved Inferno Dragon transforms battlefield dynamics. Unlike the original version that reset damage when switching targets, the upgraded form maintains its escalating damage output.
Inferno Dragon Evolution Starts Clash Royale's New Season
The new "How to Evolve Your Dragon!" season introduces the Inferno Dragon Evolution while bringing back the fan-favorite 2v2 League mode. Players can partner with friends or random allies to climb the rankings.
Milestone Events beginning at Arena 7 offer rewards including 3 Lumberjack Evolution Shards, Epic Book of Cards, and exclusive cosmetics.
Crown Chase #1 awards a Battle Banner with frame and decoration plus an Epic Book of Cards. Crown Chase #2 follows with another Battle Banner and 3 Evolution Shards.
To showcase new Evolution cards, developers have prepared multiple Game Modes and Challenges throughout June and early July:
- Inferno Dragon Evolution Draft (June 2-9)
- Inferno Dragon Challenge (June 6-9) offering Battle Banner and Emote
- Evolution Mayhem (June 9-16) allowing 4 Evolution Cards per deck
- Magical Trio (June 16-23)
- 4 Card Showdown (June 23-30)
- Evolution Bonanza (June 30-July 7) permitting 8 Evolution Cards per deck
