Unlocking Thrayir, Eyes of the Siren: A Guide to WoW's Elusive Stormcrow Mount
Obtaining the magnificent Stormcrow mount, Thrayir, Eyes of the Siren, is a rewarding endeavor in World of Warcraft's Siren's Call event within the War Within expansion. This guide details the steps to acquire this coveted flying mount. Note that the event is tied to the Seafury Tempest weather phase on Siren Isle.
Gathering the Runekeys:
Five Runekeys are required to summon Thrayir. Here's how to obtain each:

Whirling Runekey: This key drops from Ksvir the Forgotten, a rare spawn found in the Forgotten Vault's southernmost chamber during a Storm.

Torrential Runekey: Collect seven Torrential Fragments from any enemy on Siren Isle while a Storm is active.

Thunderous Runekey: Gather five Thunderous Fragments from chests located across Siren Isle. Unlike the other fragments, these aren't restricted to Storm phases.

Cyclonic Runekey: This can be obtained through fishing anywhere on Siren Isle during a Storm or as a potential drop from Zek’ul the Shipbreaker in the Deadfin Mire.

Turbulent Runekey: Locate three Turbulent Fragments at these specific locations near Kul Tiran ghosts:
- Behind the abandoned inn, dig in the garden.
- Inside a cave in the Rotting Hole zone (the ghost will be cowering).
- Inside the Spirit-Scarred Cave (the ghost offers the fragment).
The Summoning Ritual:
Once you've collected all five Runekeys, return to the Forgotten Vault on Siren Isle only during the Seafury Tempest phase. Entering during other phases won't trigger the ritual. Proceed to the eastern chamber of the vault.
Inside, you'll find Thrayir's body on a platform with five runestone slots. Insert the corresponding Runekeys into their respective slots. This will initiate the quest, "Thrayir, Eyes of the Siren." Complete the quest to claim your magnificent new mount!
