BarbarQ is a casual multiplayer game blending real-time battle arena and battle royale action. Compete against foes in an arena to prove your dominance. Featuring addictive and innovative gameplay with retro pixel art, it merges the best of MOBA and IO games into one thrilling experience.
The game includes a leveling system where you gain a new skill each time you level up (up to 5 skills per match). Skills remain permanent throughout the match, so choose wisely. In BarbarQ, victory isn't just about level—teamwork, item usage, dodging, and skill selection can completely shift the battle's outcome.
Eating mushrooms grants experience to level up and select new skills as the match unfolds. As players grow stronger, their characters become larger and gain new abilities to fend off rivals, though they also become bigger targets. Players take on the role of barbarians focused on combat and mushroom consumption. The arena also contains collectible items like bombs, honey, meat, and other random boosts.
Like other IO games, levels and items reset after each match. However, players earn gold to upgrade skills and acquire pets that provide combat advantages. BarbarQ offers various modes, including real-time 3v3v3 and 2v2v2 team fights, Idle mode, Pet Adventure, and multiple solo modes.
