Quickfire Rules:

After evenly dealing the cards among four players, each player bids either high (black card) or low (red card). Bids are revealed one by one, starting left of the dealer. The first black card turned over signifies a 'granded' bid, and the round is played 'high,' with teams aiming to win as many tricks as possible. No further cards are turned over after the first black card. If all bid cards are red, the game is played 'low,' with teams trying to win as few tricks as possible.

In high bid rounds, the player to the right of the one who granded leads the first trick. In low bid rounds, the player to the left of the dealer starts. Players then take turns playing one card, following suit if possible. If unable to follow suit, any other card can be played. The player with the highest card matching the led suit wins the trick and leads the next one.

At the end of each round, points are scored based on the number of tricks each partnership collects. In high bid rounds, the granded team earns a point for every trick over six. If they fail to reach seven tricks, the opposing team gains either one or two points per trick over six, depending on the 'set bonus' setting. In low bid rounds, teams score one point per trick under seven.
