Sony has revealed the latest additions to the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog for May 2025, announcing a lineup of titles that includes Sand Land, S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Legends of the Zone Trilogy, Battlefield 5, among others.
The full list of games joining the subscription service was detailed in a PlayStation.Blog post today. This collection delivers six games for PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium members, all set to launch on May 20, offering diverse gaming experiences across various genres.
Subscribers at the Extra tier gain access to a substantial nine new additions to the Game Catalog in May 2025. The headline title for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 is Sand Land, an action role-playing game based on the Akira Toriyama manga of the same name.
Other notable PS4 and PS5 games include Five Nights at Freddy’s: Help Wanted – Full Time Edition and the three-game bundle, S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Legends of the Zone Trilogy. An enhanced edition of the latter was announced earlier today for PS5, along with PC and Xbox Series X|S, and is also scheduled for release on May 20. Developer GSC Game World confirmed that owners of the original console trilogy will receive the Enhanced Edition at no cost, though it remains uncertain if this applies to PlayStation Plus subscribers.
PlayStation Plus Premium members also receive one new classic title: Battle Engine Aquila. Available on both PS4 and PS5, this sci-fi action game places players in control of a versatile combat vehicle capable of aerial and ground assaults.
