Get ready, Hearthstone fans! The magical yet perilously twisted realm of the Emerald Dream is set to launch as a new expansion on March 25th. This exciting addition to the game brings 145 new cards, introducing fresh mechanics and powerful legendary Wild Gods to the fray.
What’s Happening in This Expansion?
The serene domain of Ysera, the epicenter of Nature magic, faces a dire threat. Players have the choice to either safeguard its beauty or dive into the ensuing chaos.
A new keyword, Imbue, takes center stage in the Into the Emerald Dream expansion. If you're playing as a Druid, Hunter, Mage, Paladin, Priest, or Shaman, you'll harness the blessings of the World Tree. The first time you play an Imbue card, your Hero Power gets a significant boost, transforming into a class-specific, stronger version. With each subsequent Imbue card played, your Hero Power enhances further.
For instance, Hunters receive the Blessing of the Wolf, which significantly enhances their gameplay. Unfortunately, if you're not among the chosen six classes, Imbue won't have any effect on your gameplay.
On the other hand, if you prefer a darker path, the Old Gods offer a tempting alternative. The new keyword, Dark Gifts, is designed for Death Knights, Demon Hunters, Rogues, Warlocks, and Warriors, providing corruption-laden power-ups. These enhancements integrate with Discover options, allowing you to conjure nightmare-fueled minions capable of causing chaos. The Emerald Dream expansion introduces 10 different Dark Gifts to explore.

The expansion also introduces The Wild Gods, legendary minions that are colossal forces of nature. Each class will have a Wild God to rally behind. Some of these deities have succumbed to corruption, creating a dynamic split between those who defend the Dream and those who aim to plunge it into a Nightmare.
The Emerald Dream expansion is set to revolutionize Hearthstone with a plethora of new features and cards. Mark your calendar for March 25th and prepare by downloading the game from the Google Play Store.
