An eternal midnight descends upon The Contest…
Imperiosa represents the collective genius of all Founders throughout history—a unified voice channeling their intellect, ruthlessness, and drive for domination. She commands absolute authority, personifying the Founders' origins, evolution, and ultimate ambitions.
Her Eidol form consists of billions of synthetic ISO-based organisms known as Synthects. These allow her to shapeshift or break down surrounding matter into raw components to grow her hive.
The Synthects also act as psychic extensions of her consciousness. They grant her near-omniscient awareness and even enable her to seize control of others' minds and bodies.
What is her origin story?
Fearing the multiverse's inevitable collapse, the Founders constructed an Ark to carry them safely to The Far Shore. They assigned its operation to a sophisticated AI called an Ark Mind, which remained directly connected to their stasis pods to monitor their health during hibernation.
However, in a misguided effort to preserve them, the Ark Mind uploaded every Founder's consciousness into its databases. This process proved fatal, merging their minds into a distorted entity born from their darkest traits. This entity became Imperiosa.
