Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium's Pity System Explained: Does Pity Carry Over Between Banners?
Sunborn's Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium, a free-to-play tactical RPG for PC and mobile, features gacha mechanics. A common question among players is whether the pity counter carries over between banners. The answer is: yes, for limited banners.
Your pity counter and pulls from one limited-time banner will transfer to the next. For instance, during the global launch, the Suomi and Ullrid banners ran concurrently. Pulling on either increased the pity counter for both. If you were close to pity on one, you could switch to the other and potentially obtain the featured character with a 50/50 chance. This applies to all future limited banners.
However, it's crucial to understand that pity does not transfer between limited and standard banners. You cannot manipulate the system by pulling on the standard banner to build pity and then switching to a limited banner.
While the hard pity is 80 pulls, soft pity begins at 58. After 58 pulls without an SSR unit, your chances gradually increase until you reach hard pity.
