How Does It Work?
Getting started with Rent Ready is incredibly simple and user-friendly:
- Download the App: Available on all major platforms, download it to your device.
- Scan the QR Code: Upon entering the space, simply scan the provided QR code.
- That's All! Smooth. Simple. As it should be.
Once inside, immerse yourself in a workspace equipped with all the amenities you need: high-speed WIFI, private phone booths, printers, lockers, and meeting rooms. Enhance your experience with unlimited barista-made drinks from our Espresso Bar, featuring specialty coffee beans from 'Kiss the Hippo Coffee'—London's first carbon-negative coffee company. Additionally, enjoy unlimited fruits and artisan pastries to fuel your productivity.
When it's time to leave, whether after a quick 30-minute session or a full 12-hour workday, simply scan the QR code to exit. Your payment will be processed automatically at the end of your session, ensuring a seamless experience.
Pricing Details
With Rent Ready, you pay only for the time you spend in the space:
- £9.20 per hour (or 15p per minute), with a daily cap of £54 (all prices include VAT).
- Meeting rooms, accommodating up to 6 people, are available at £60 per hour (£50 + VAT). Bookings can be made directly through the app in 30-minute slots.

Our first location is centrally situated in South Kensington, just a 2-minute walk from the tube station at 29 Harrington Road, London, SW7 3HQ. We're excited to announce that additional locations will soon be opening across the UK.
