  • Blood Strike's August update is arriving very soon
  • This release brings an all-new map and striker to the game
  • Players can also expect various balance adjustments and refinements

NetEase Games' popular competitive shooter Blood Strike continues to grow with significant new content this month. The August update delivers a fresh battlefield, another playable Striker, and complimentary rewards to collect. These additions come alongside numerous gameplay improvements designed to enhance the overall player experience.

Skyline Beach is the new combat zone introduced this August. This coastal map transports Blood Strike's intense firefights to a vibrant seaside environment, featuring undulating hills, urban areas, and an expansive sandy shoreline. Keen observers may also discover hidden mysteries scattered throughout the location.

For those seeking stealthy gameplay, the roster expands with Katya from the Iga ninja tradition. Her unique abilities include Delayed Ark Kunai to impair enemy movement and Phoenix Soaring Dance for rapid traversal and wall scaling.

Strategic combat enhancements

The update introduces the Spear precision rifle to help players control these new battlegrounds. Despite its name, this isn't a melee weapon but a tactical firearm featuring a 2.0x Thermal Scope that reveals opponents through smoke screens. It will be obtainable through the Strike Pass and level progression rewards.

Skyline Beach festivities include redeemable gifts like the URB - Evolved Viper event-tier weapon, unlocked by exploring the map and completing special missions. Until August 24th, inviting friends will reduce the epic Golf Club melee skin's cost to nothing. The update contains even more surprises waiting to be discovered in-game.
