Get ready, Call of Duty: Mobile fans! Season 6, dubbed 'Synthwave Showdown,' is set to launch on June 26th at 5 PM PT. This update promises a vibrant, neon-soaked celebration of 90s dance culture, bringing a fresh wave of excitement to the game.
It’s A Synthwave Showdown!
Kicking off the festivities, the Synthwave Showdown Pass offers an array of 90s-inspired rewards. The highlight of the pass is the BP50 Assault Rifle, a powerhouse known for its high fire rate and long-range capabilities. Even the free tier of the pass is packed with goodies including Skins, Weapon Blueprints, and Vault Coins.
Season 6 reintroduces the Collateral Strike map, originally from Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, but with mobile-specific tweaks. Engage in intense battles around a satellite crash site nestled in a desert village. For those who thrive in Ground War and aim to boost their elimination count, you'll have the option to select from three randomly generated abilities.
A new feature, the 1v1 Quick Solo room, provides a custom combat playground where you can set your preferred map, weapon type, and kill limit. The innovative Combat Advisor system lets you pair up with a more skilled friend in an advisor/trainee dynamic. Together, you can tackle challenges, earn rewards, and elevate your gameplay.
The battle pass comes in two enticing tiers. The free tier includes the BP50 Assault Rifle and the Revive Battle Royale class, equipped with a medical drone that revives fallen teammates amidst a protective smokescreen. Additionally, you can snag skins, blueprints, and Vault Coins. For those opting for the Premium Pass, expect exclusive operator skins like Klepto — Miss Cryptic or Portnova — Glamor Mob, along with funky 90s-themed weapon blueprints such as the DR-H — Sonic Assault and BP50 — ASH2ASH.
