Gain insights into the training routines of your favorite Olympians, try out all types of workouts, and customize them to your needs by adjusting the number of rounds, repetitions, or the duration of exercises, as well as the length of breaks. With TreninGO, you can activate the GPS functionality to track your progress while running on one of the local tracks. Please note that statistical data from the old app has not been carried over to the new TreninGO version.
